Empowering every kid to create real games with AI
We believe the next generation should grow up fluent in both AI collaboration and programming fundamentals. PlaySprig bridges the gap between beginner coding tools and professional development environments, giving kids the creative tools to build ambitious projects.
Why we built this
Blocks teach logic — then kids outgrow them
Block-based coding is a fantastic starting point, but there comes a moment when kids want to build something real — a multiplayer game, a platformer with physics, a project they can share as a link. PlaySprig picks up where blocks leave off, giving kids real code without the blank-screen paralysis.
AI is a skill, not just a tool
Kids who learn to direct AI now will have an advantage that compounds over time. PlaySprig teaches them how to describe what they want, plan before building, evaluate what AI produces, and iterate to make it better — the same workflow professionals use every day.
Learning should feel like creating
Not worksheets. Not multiple-choice quizzes. Real projects they're proud of. When a kid builds a game they can show their friends, learning stops feeling like a chore and starts feeling like a superpower.
How it works
Kids describe a game idea in plain English, shape it into a plan with AI, and build it step by step — real JavaScript, playable at every milestone. Then they edit the code to make it their own.
